These terms apply to purchases made from CDS Fightwear, operated by Control Dominate Submit Ltd.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via secure third-party payment providers. Prices may change without notice.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. CDS Fightwear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Worn or washed items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Product Use
Our products are designed for training and competition. CDS Fightwear is not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from misuse of products.
Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, images, and content on this site are the property of CDS Fightwear and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CDS Fightwear will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
